Description

Lightness and grace, elegance and well thought out synergies: the Serena sofa embodies a simplicity that reveals sophisticated details. The slender metal feet in the titanium finish lift the Serena like daring high heels; the armrest tapers towards the top for a bold lean look; the seat cushions are rounded for an even lighter and more minimal design. Comfort has also been a major focus: armrests are slightly rounded on the outside; the backrest cushions have a soft, sink-in quality, and is designed to accommodate comfortable drop-shaped headrests that can be positioned at will.

Care & Maintenance

Vacuum with a soft nozzle hand-held cleaner and fluff sofa cushions regularly to help maintain shape. To refresh the sofa, hit the seat and back of your piece from one end to the other. Smooth the fabric from the center point to the edges and tuck any excess fabric into the creases. Wipe the steel legs with a soft, damp cloth. Professional cleaning advised for heavy soiling. Beautiful Modern Sofa

I ordered the Serena Sofa in Almond Cream after visiting the warehouse to see the Loom Collection in person. The sofa arrived within 2 days and the delivery team were so friendly and worked quickly to assemble the product. I love my new sofa. It’s not only incredibly modern and stylish, but comfortable and large too.

Is my shipping free of charge?

Yes, you qualify for free delivery if your order totals 500aed or more and you are located in Dubai, Abu-Dhabi or Sharjah city limits.

For all other areas as well as areas outside of city limits,(e.g. Al Ain, Western region, Liwa, etc.) we charge a nomimal delivery fee.

All orders less than 500aed carry a nominal charge as well.

*International deliveries have custom shipping charges depending on the product dimensions, weight, packaging and delivery location.

When shall I expect my order?

Our general timeline is 2 business days for Dubai and up to 6 business days for other emirates in the U.A.E.
If your item is Pre-Order, please see the estimated date in the product information.

International deliveries have their own shipping timelines, please refer to your tracking number.

Please expect delays during sales or holidays.

How to prepare for delivery?

Please double check weight and measurements prior to ordering.

Please make sure all walkways and the area in which you wish to place the item are clear and ready for the delivery. Service lifts and move-in permits, if required, must be arranged in advance by the client.

We ask that you inspect all items prior to the delivery teams departure.

International deliveries are curbside only; assembly service is not included. Please make sure that appropriate assistance is booked at the time of delivery.

Can I choose a preffered date for delivery?

Yes, of course. In case you have a preffered delivery date and time, please choose it on the checkout calendar. We will do our best to deliver at your own convenience.
