Shipping policy

If your order totals 500aed or more, and you are located in Dubai, Abu-Dhabi or Sharjah city limits only, you qualify for free delivery.

For all other areas as well as areas outside of city limits,(e.g. Al Ain, Western region, Liwa, etc.) we charge a nomimal delivery fee.

All orders less than 500aed carry a nominal charge as well.

Furniture items are stocked in our warehouse and ship within 2-3 business days unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Décor items and home accessories may ship directly from the manufacturer to you. Each item and manufacturers have specific shipping lead times. Orders with multiple items may have different arrival dates.

Most items in the store ship within 2-3 business days. Items with longer lead times like décor items or custom made rugs, have the approximate lead times listed in the product description.

Items are shipped via our own delivery teams to your door, unless otherwise advised. Please note the delivery teams assemble and install furniture for free, however we encourage our clients to provide guidance and monitor deliveries as much as possible. 

Once your order is ready for delivery, you will receive a phone call or text message to arrange the delivery time.
