Tolv

A Danish furniture house with a simple idea at its centre: a small family of well-made pieces, shaped by independent designers, built to stay useful for years.

The maker

Twelve, a framework for living

Tolv is a Danish house, owned and led by its principals Robin and Carlos. The name means twelve in Danish, a quiet nod to the idea of a framework: a small, considered set of pieces that can carry a whole way of living.

Quietly resolved, well proportioned and built to stay useful for years.

Every piece is made in Tolv's own factory in Vietnam, run under Danish management. Owning the production means control over the things that matter, the joinery, the finish, the choice of materials and the conditions of the people who build each piece by hand.

What ties it together is the company Tolv keeps. Rather than a single in-house style, the brand invites independent designers from across the world to contribute, each bringing their own discipline and point of view to one shared language of restraint.
