Due to changes in temperature and humidity, fine cracks, known as checking, may appear in the end grain of components such as legs and laminated tops. This is a normal occurrence, especially in heavier components, and it does not impact the functionality of your furniture. Embrace the inherent characteristics of Teak wood, where these subtle nuances contribute to the unique charm of the material. We do not recommend moving teak furniture from the garden straight into an indoor room for storage, as the sharp differences in temperature and humidity may cause the wood to split.

Protect the surface from liquids like wine, coffee, fruit juice, etc. As a natural and porous material, teak can be nicked, stained, or scratched; avoid placing sharp or heavy objects on the surface. Under no circumstances should a power washer be used to clean your product.
